Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 365 Pizza & Restaurant online ordering system, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Online Ordering

When you place an order through our website:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate preparation — preparation begins after confirmation
• Estimated times are approximate and may vary based on order volume and traffic conditions

Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available within our designated delivery zones in Medicine Hat, AB
• Free delivery is available within 4 km radius
• Minimum order amount for delivery: $3.99
• A delivery fee of $3.99 applies for orders below the free delivery threshold
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

Payment

• We accept cash on delivery and card payments (where available)
• Payment must be completed before food is handed over
• All prices include applicable taxes (5% GST)
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun
• If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued
• Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind after food preparation has started

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Allergen Notice

Our kitchen handles products containing common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation areas. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergens.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and design is the property of 365 Pizza & Restaurant. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

365 Pizza & Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
